ONE
ANOTHER
1Jn 4:7-11
Welcome:
The words “one another” is found 238 times in the bible (KJV). In some other translations they use “each other” or other words but they all have the same out come. We are to be helping and loving. These words are not always together. Sometime they have conjunction words between them such as to, for, with, and, from, upon, against ect. Now we are not going to look at all 238 scriptures, but we will look at a few from the New Testament. Today let’s look at what we should be and can be one to another.
Let’s start this lesson off by looking at something that Dr Luke wrote. Lk 24:13-35 (30-35) Here we have two men walking down the road after seeing Jesus lead from judgment hall to judgment and seeing him die on the cross. These two men are talking about what had just happened and Jesus joins them and asks them what they are talking about. They tell Jesus (not knowing it is Jesus) what has just happened. In return Jesus tells them that it had to happen. Let’s look at verse (30-35).
Do you see it (verse32) These men’s life was in shambles they did not know what to do or where to go, But when Jesus was preached to them they felt something inside and what they felt inside they could not keep to themselves they had to share it (33-35).

Paul really paint a great picture of what this love is that Jesus was talking about. (Rom 12:9-21)
We

Paul truly was a man of great Godly wisdom. Paul was a man that really done his best to help others see what God wants from us. Paul was all about showing our love to God by showing our love to others. (Gal 5:14-16, 25-26)
Paul also talks about putting off the old person. When you become a baptized believer and follower of Jesus you need to have a new way of thinking. (Eph 4:17-32) (25-32)
Do
know that when we sing it is to bring joy, happiness, love into the hearts of

The Hebrew writer tells us to hold fast to the profession of our faith. Let go there and see why we are to do this. (Heb 10:23-25)

One thing about “one another”. It might be your brother of sister. It might be your spouse. It might be your parents. It might be school mates. It might be work mates. It can be anybody, it might just be you.
